Dallas County reported single-family real estate/home results for November via MetroTex.
The median closing price came in at $356,145- an 11.8% increase versus November 2021.
While sales dipped 32.6%, listings surged over 60% YOY continuing to create space between supply/demand.
Homebuyers continue to get comfortable in the "driver's seat" as days on market came in at 39 days. The combination of increased DOM and listings is allowing purchasers more time to test the market while negotiating in their favor.
