DFW Housing in December included:
- 1.3% increase in the closing amount-- $389,945
- 8.3% increase in active listings-- a much-needed boost to DFW inventory
- Days on Market declined from 57 to 55 days vs 2022
- 5.3% decrease in closings vs 2022
- Inventory remained steady at 2.6 Months
