While Inventory Remains a Challenge, DFW Housing Demand Booms

DFW Housing in December included:

  • 1.3% increase in the closing amount-- $389,945
  • 8.3% increase in active listings-- a much-needed boost to DFW inventory
  • Days on Market declined from 57 to 55 days vs 2022
  • 5.3% decrease in closings vs 2022
  • Inventory remained steady at 2.6 Months
