DFW saw closings soar across The Metroplex while closing amounts softened in November 2024.
Though listings continue to flood the market, it's clear that closings (volume of transactions) has improved YOY, along with closing amounts now beneath national inflation (+1.3% increase YOY)-- this improving the market for 60-70% of prospective purchasers that will utilize a mortgage to finance their purchase.
