Frisco Housing Market- Previous 30 Days

Frisco includes median year built of 2014!

Frisco, TX is known for their new and expanding developments.

With a median year built of 2014, you can expect for homes to be highly-valued and exceed areas such as Irving, Lewisville and even parts of Dallas, TX.

The previous 30 days in the Frisco housing market reported a 24% decline in closings, slightly better than what we have seen in areas such as Irving and Lewisville earlier this week.

Median days on market came in at 42 days versus 6 days in the same period last year.

Similar to previous reports, this increase in DOM, is forcing sellers to reduce their listing amount or accept offers beneath the initial amount. This is shown as the median closing amount was 97.5% of the original listing amount, contrasting with 102.1% last year.

Lastly, the median sales amount came in at $733,000- an increase YOY while affordability for purchasers continues to decline.

However, it is clear that demand for Frisco continues, though sellers are having to value their property accurately or it will not move!
